They can try to go for religious protections here.
I don’t think this helps their case with the public though, as treating this as a religiously protected activity likely requires you to be a declared Satanist much like tribal use of peyote or other substances requires being a member of the tribe in question.

Since he was producing th documentation of a similar religious ceremony i was curious if he was agreeing it was a real ceremony. My point hasn't changed. Religion is no reason to decide this one way or another. As we should not be legislating any religious beliefs upon people such as forced carrying to term.
