Why is this board upset that the senate will quickly toss the impeachment articles?

Imo, it’s much better for the country if the senate just wipes their collective poop chute with the articles and moves in a matter of 2 weeks or so.

I think people are just cynical about the motivation for a quick senate trial. They know it's not for the better of the country, it's to minimize GOPe exposure to corruption.

I'm just looking forward to every POTUS being impeached in the future whenever they invoke Exec. Privilege.
