1. He is at peak momentum after coming off a historic re-election beatdown
2. Trump is weak, old, and a bad candidate
3. (bonus tin foil hat reason) He has inside info that Trump is fricked on his legal issues and likely to face more indictments and prison which would leave the GOP with no one

Who else is going to represent the interests of traditional families?

He’s running because if he doesn’t Trump is likely to lose another election to a guy who doesn’t even show his face.

That question should be addressed to Trump. So why is Trump running?
That's a better question. A very popular Governor of the 3rd largest state in the US, at the peak of his political prime, facing an elderly, weak former President.
Gee I wonder why DeSantis is running?

So just sit back and let Trump lose again so people like you can demand Trump run again in 2028.
Sit back. Enter. The result will be the same. Sorry.

Why do you think? I’ll give you a hint: three letters, all caps. No, not TDS - the other one. Although TDS is an element.

Yes, Nixon.
He was not President.
I'm assuming he's referring to someone that was President, lost reelection, and then won again.
Only Grover Cleveland

Why is Ron running in 2024?
because the GOPe is paying him to defeat trump and they are running and funding his campaign
at the end o the day ron is just another rino empty suit who takes credit for all the things his conservative state legislature does as his own
Posted on 6/2/23 at 1:24 pm to Thundercles
Same reason Barack Obama ran in 2008
Posted on 6/2/23 at 1:24 pm to Thundercles
Because Old Don is a loser who already lost to Braindead Brandon

What evidence do you have to support this? Be specific, cite to that evidence from unbiased sources.

So why aren't conservative legislatures all over the country doing the same thing. Why has he gone from not having a super majority and being a purple state, to running the most conservative political agenda maybe in history and getting everything he had on his agenda done?
Have you ever complained about Republicans not getting things done? if so, why are you mad that this Republican has aggressively gotten things done?

Even if Trump loses in 2024 he'd be too old and at that point considered unfit as a candidate.
You, JJDoc, Jbdaws, Fat Cucktard, etc. would all be on the Trump train in 2028 if he decided to run again and would say DeSantis needs to wait until 2032. Trump's probably going to keep running until he's dead.

You should ask Ron personally.
