Have you seen that famous scene by Alec Baldwin in Glengarry Glen ross? He spends the first bit just trashing the salesman. Its not until the end, when he's trying to build them up, that he calls them "gentlemen".
Trump wanted Nancy as speaker. Even offered R votes to make it happen. Why would he want to nickname her right now and take away from her leadership when she is doing such a good job making Trump look good? Don't expect to see one anytime soon, not so long as he is happy with her doing as he expected her to do.
Now, when he drops hers? Thats when you'll know it's on.
