Why hasn't anything ever happened to Dubai / UAE?

I would think that terrorists would hate their guts for their rich lifestyles, etc. Is it because all of the terrorist leaders live there?

Terrorists live in Doha, Qatar. The sheiks in Dubai love the money the West sends them. They don't want anyone fricking it up. They will eliminate those types of problems before they become a problem.

Muslim countries like Dubai and UAE don’t put up with that shite, they take out the trash. It’s just us western countries that let the rabid dog Muslims into our borders.

Probably that old-fashioned Arab way of extracting key intelligence from bad guys whose identities those countries’ intelligence services develop in ways that let’s just say wouldn’t quite fly in this country or others such as Western European ones. Remaining silent isn’t a very good option for the perp in those Arab countries, even the ones with all the skyscrapers and glitz and glamor. Homemade cattle prod with just this side of deadly volts of electricity to the nads before they even begin the questioning, to set the mood.

I have been here 21 years, and by far, this is the safest place in the world!
UAE does not put up with any crap, they throw out the trash fast. Some shady people might buy homes here but when here they behave or they are deported.
I lived in a hotel for 1.5 years, but after moving where I am now I have not locked my door in 19.5 years. Never lock the car, leave my phone and sometimes my wallet on the table at a coffee shop to go to the toiler, never touched. There has not been one car jacking that I ever heard about here.
Not one protest anywhere I have seen about Palestine and Israel, and they have a lot of Palestinians living here, probably 1,000's just in the few blocks in the area of downtown Abu Dhabi I live in. Not ONE PROTEST!! Israeli planes started flying into Dubai and Abu Dhabi airports a couple years ago, not a peep from anybody.
