Why does Hillary Clinton issue declarations on EVERY issue of the day?

Does Laura Bush?
GW Bush?
Does Condi Rice (let's assume it's based on her former role as Sec of State)?
Does Tim Kaine?
Does Rosalynn Carter?
What exactly is it about her as a 72 year old grandma, who happened to have been first lady, Sec of State, and a failed candidate for president, that makes her think it is absolutely VITAL that the world hears her take on every single issue that arises?
Does she have a hobby? Does she have nothing else to do and thinks this is fun?
Is there a more meaningless narcissist in this country? If so, who?
