They just choose not to, because those players are worth more to their bosses than you are to yours

I don't have a contract.
I don't have a union.
And I'm not a naturally gifted athlete that brings in millions of dollars.

The players are unionized. Does the collective bargaining agreement they have allow these acts or not? It’s a contracts issue. Not an emotional one. I am so tired of all of this babbling about it. Look to the contracts.
