Are they getting preferential treatment on loans and with other programs?

Im ambivalent about them. The guys here built nice, new stores. They offer the best prices mostly and are efficient with checkouts. . They position themselves next to ghettos to become their defacto grocery store and get mostly cash from the nearby residents. I know they prefer them than me with my rewards credit card.

I don't know, but I would guess not. The OP's question that I answered was an all-equity era. It's not like Patels owning hotels is some recent phenomenon. It literally dates back 50 years.

Why do Cambodians mostly control the donut business in So Cal? It just happened that way.

Why are some people all of a sudden confused about American History and unable to look backwards in time?

They are not being handed over or gamed. The 'non-Americans' bring the cash!

I’ve always wondered if the plan was to buy up all the gas stations and then one morning, the call go out to blow them all up. Boom. Just like that there is nowhere to buy gasoline at. America locked down. I know it’s unlikely but it was something I saw as possible

I used to go to this convenience store in New Orleans that was owned by Indians. They didn't put up with peoples bullshite. I witnessed them tell black dudes to just get the frick out when the black guy doesn't have enough money and tries to barter.

White people sold their businesses because they can't deal with that. Or their kids who they could pass it down to went to college and have different careers and want nothing to do with that.

Are you opening a convenience store in New Orleans?

Americans have been trained to be employees not entrepreneurs.

That was probably by design

They have cheated and scammed their way to it with their ethnic mafia and bullshite sba loans, etc.

Whites are legally prohibited from behaving anywhere close.

They take pride in scamming, they do not belong here.

Deport them all. Confiscate ill gotten gains.

Go Make India Great.

And they are weak, boastful, sniveling cowards who worsbip elephants, demons, and monkeys.

I'm no forensic accountant, but looks almost like an opportunity to wash...er..reinvest cash into real estate and almost profitable c-stores.

Crazy hiw a guy in NY finds Cstores in lake providence, Jena etc., pays $1m+ cash…sells it a year or 2 later to an Indian in California, who also pays cash, usually at $1.5m-$2m , and also buying 3 more in the area.

A client of ours is a private lender that specializes in CRE lending for Gas Stations and C-stores. All of his clients are Indian or at least south Asian. He looked me in the eye and said we can discriminate because we don't have the rules you have.

The Gujarati, in particular, are viewed as failures and disappointments if they don't own a business (any business.) This is why you see them owning convenience stores in the middle of BFE in Texas, because that's what they could scrape together to buy. Far preferred to the 7 million Indians ETA (the US, not just Texas as originally written) has absorbed since 2015, mostly in the tech sector.
