How are there still people who don’t understand that the bottom 40% of workers pay Zero income tax
It’s worse than that. The bottom 20% have negative Federal tax liability on average. That’s right. They get money back in excess of anything paid in.

Someone’s success is not contingent on whether or not other people get tax cuts. Super strange that you are attributing your parents success and your own to tax cuts for other people.
Oh, but they were tax cuts for me too. I like when my tax rates are lowered. It’s very easy to understand.

Not reading through your melt threads, but I’ll make this simple for you and everyone else.
The problem with you is, you’re just fricking stupid. You don’t understand anything even after things are very clearly explained to you. You have historically started threads on this site asking questions about the dumbest shite I’ve ever seen, asking for explanations for common sense shite that anyone should know.
Just accept the fact that you are a stupid fricking person and you always will be, you’ll never understand much of anything. I suggest a hobby involving coloring books and crayons would be more suited for you than something like the internet.
Best of luck to you

Maybe they finally understand the concept of progressive tax systems and proportionality. Couple that with all the facts on how much FWA is included in the budget, people are starting to notice. other possibility is they finally are tired of class warfare lies, since it has never ended up benefiting poors in anyway whatsoever.

while rich folks get that fat tax break.
I'll never forget the words of a retiree, when the topic of taxation came up, he said
"In the entirety of my life, I have never been employed by a poor person. You may not like rich folks getting tax breaks, but it sure finds its way to the supper table for a lot of American workers"

Please elaborate. I’m not aware of any tax cut or new benefits for the rich other than continuing the same tax rates that have been in effect. So please enlighten me.

This Thread is just pathetic. There's nothing more sad than how liberals worry about other people

That is the point.. .. Trump put these in last time… they were set to expire and go back to previous rates.. corp..s corp..standard deduction.. depreciation for corp.. lots of stuff..
Not arguing for or against.. I really benefit from them and guys I know that shifted from llc to s corps when they were put in place during Trump 1 benefit a lot..as do big corps.

I never understood why the poor support tax cuts for the rich, especially those receiving federal aid. It is taking food out of their families' mouths. The rich do not need the extra money. It gives them the extra cash to unbolt the factory equipment and ship it overseas.
So, you support the tariffs?

Is this a bad thing? I love my standard deduction. I love the business deductions.

I'm not worried about them but the ultra wealthy definitely don't need tax cuts
The ultra wealthy are getting tax breaks? Is this something that you know to be true or are you just repeating what you heard from those that you follow?
Please explain your statement if you can.

quote:But you do? What a pompous, pretentious, condescending, arrogant, smug, elitist attitude you have.
The poors are populist, and have no clue whats in their best interest.

quote:"Like always"? Really?
Yep. The wealthy get a large share of the cuts like always.
The top 1% of earners in the United States pay >40% of all federal income taxes.
Let's repeat that for nitwits like yourself who have difficulty with numbers and concepts.
The top 1% of earners in the United States pay >40% of all federal income taxes.
One more time, because you seem to easily forget conversations and return to the same idiotic premises.
The top 1% of earners in the United States pay >40% of all federal income taxes.
----
So, as 1% paying >40% is not enough in your mind, WTF would the 1%'s "fair share" be?
