Did you miss the part where he was the second-highest donor to the Democrat Party?

We have data that shows he donated 99.5% to 0.5%, Democrat to Republican.

And he’s lying every time he opens his mouth right now. So I’m going to stick with what we know for now.

He’s not in jail.
He’s been on dozens of talk shows that most criminals would not have even been invited to. And if they were invited, they would have received a far frostier reception.

He donated to Republicans that voted to impeach Trump,Louisiana’s own Senator Cassidy for one.I sent him a really nasty Email about it.
To my surprise I got a response, the donation was unsolicited and that he has since donated it to charity.Didn’t specify what charity.

Doesn’t matter to me,I’d never vote for that RINO p o s again.

If it was most of us we’d be in shackles. The adage “who you know” applies here. I guess the 2nd part “who you blow” could also be applicable.

The corporate structure he devised will take some time to unravel before they can get down to even thinking of filing coherent charges.

DOJ along with SEC cannot even read the road map right now. My guess is that Zhao at Binance took a bite at the apple and the Bahamians got their money. The rest is either somewhere overseas or has been made worthless . The 40 million to Democrats is small change. Besides why would the Democrats want to protect a guy who cannot provide for them going forward ? If he has real money left, the conspiracy theory could have some legs like those involving Soros but SBF is damaged goods....Democrats probably want him locked up more than Republicans do, just to shut him up long term

Overall, he gave almost all of the $40 million to Democratic politicians or groups, and just over $200,000 to Republicans, according to the disclosures.

At what ratio, 25:1, D>R?

Looks like my earlier guesstimate was too conservative.
It was 400:1 favoring the dems.
Only 8 times higher than my original swag.
So yeah, he was really greasing the republicans pockets.
Just like china and ukraine were greasing the bidens pockets.

No defense for SBF or democrats.

“I donated to both parties. I donated about the same amount to both parties,” Bankman-Fried told the crypto commentator and citizen journalist Tiffany Fong.

“All my Republican donations were dark,” he said, referring to political donations that are not publicly disclosed. “The reason was not for regulatory reasons, it’s because reporters freak the frick out if you donate to Republicans. They’re all super liberal, and I didn’t want to have that fight.”

Again, he's a sociopath so this could be a lie, but it's not so crazy that it's outside the realm of possibility, and he even has a good explanation (that nobody on here should disagree with, honestly).

They just started the investigation of an incredibly complex web of information and accounting.

Also there are major jurisdictional issues and potential extradition issues.

I don't disagree but this is a separate issue from the political issue.

Exactly.

Exactly. If the DEMs were really using this as a funnel, it would have never collapsed.

These people remind me of my wife.

“You need to do task X.”

“Yes, I agree. It will take about two weeks to get it finished.”

Next day “Have you finished task-X yet?”

$200,000 to Republicans

$40 MILLION to Democrats

Sounds equal in Liberal Land, I guess.

Well you know they totally raided (not arrested) Trump...after literally months of investigating the issue

Also I'm not even saying he's donating for altruistic reasons. He clearly was being incredibly deceptive and trying to get influence. I just don't think the purely partisan aspect of that influence was anywhere near the majority of why he wanted influence.

He contributed $40,000,000 to the Democrats and $262,000 to the Republicans. So, about 150:1 in favor of the Democrats. Also, most of the money he contributed to Republicans was during the primaries in an attempt to prevent conservative MAGA candidates from getting to the general.
