Congressman or higher.
Preferably, someone like Biden or Hillary.
If we can arrest someone at that level, then it shows that noone is above the law, and everyone else is on notice.
If we get McCabe, or Fauci, or Strzok, etc, then we are taking scapegoats.

I feel like Strzok is most personally responsible for Russiagate. Brennan and Clapper may have been involved, but they kept their fingerprints off of it for the most part and just lied to the media. There was even a footnote in the Durham report that I think was a Brennan CYA move where he noted something about how Hillary was cooking this up.
Schiff lied a million times to the media, but I'm not sure how criminal that is. However, I can see the argument that he abused his position with respect to Russiagate and the Ukraine impeachment.
I never got a good feel for how crooked McCabe and Comey were. They seemed like doofuses that looked the other way.
I would love to see Vindman taken down in a scandal. It made me sick that he was celebrated as a hero who spoke truth to power.

This is number 1 for me. If the 9/11 conspiracies are correct including the Pentagon hit then Brennan is it. I've been reading/ hearing some things the Blackhawk hit was Brennan's last hit job to scrub things. I'll start a thread if I have some time to verify some things unless someone beats me to it.
