Wicker, unfortunately, was the only one capable of winning a runoff against the broom

I agree with this. And her campaign was funded by Rispone.

I’m voting Watson. Piazza is a tard, Carter has been around forever and has nothing to show for it.

Thats not the case at all. He didnt give a set answer because that automatically alienates close to half of your voter base.

Chess not Checkers, you have to win the race before you can do anything

Well considering she got royally fricked by Broome, I can imagine it won’t be her.

That was some shady shite.

Nah, she isn't 10+ years younger than him, so he wouldn't be interested.

Lots of mis info in here. Shocking. Carter joined at the last second because his wife convinced him after he lost the last election. It had nothing to do with fricking knee surgery.

Piazza got convinced by someone in Broome’s campaign to run to split republican votes.

Carter’s wife is absolutely behind the smear campaign against Watson. The paper trail of PACS and advocacy groups of who paid for the mailer lead back to her. The info is all out there.

Guiard is a nut but he has the most concise, thought out answers at the forums
Not sure about mayor but he would be a great advocate for BR

I’m sure you know more than Carter does.
quote:

Carter entered the race for mayor-president at the last minute, catching political observers by surprise. He says he had toyed with the idea of running previously, but shelved those ambitions in June after undergoing a total knee replacement. He feared he wouldn't recover in time.

On the evening of the final day of qualifying, Carter, feeling healthier than expected, took the plunge: “My wife said, ‘Well, there’s no way you can win if you don’t qualify.”

What do you want him to say? “My wife said I had to get out of the house”. Why would knee surgery keep anyone from qualifying for an election months away? He literally qualified at the last minute. With no notice otherwise.

Broom promised raises for police officers, so I voted for her. You know she’s gonna make that happen.

She fixed all our traffic problems and drainage problems too while building a high tech crime prevention center.

Watson and Wicker were the only real candidates in this race. Everyone else was only involved to split votes and ensure Broome stays in office. Idk why some of y’all can’t see that by now.

You baws dont understand how any of this works, Im on the Marcelle train all the way. Thats the only chance against Broome.

If you turn an eye at the Alton Sterling stuff, she is very anti-Broome. Pro business, pro police (within reason), pro alleviating traffic / new bridge / loop.
