I'd say Epstein did more psychological harm to the girls he raped, but as far as net damage, Fauci destroyed the economy, propped up a vaccine industry that was developed too fast, damaged children's learning development for years, created a system that delayed herd immunity, forced tens of thousands to die alone, and likely enforced policies that were shaped by political correctness and indirectly caused many deaths and much trauma.
