I think the country people are less likely over the city people. Country people seem more self sufficient and know how to live off the land and they tend to mind their own business. However if they are meth heads that might be a different story.
City folks tend to be more spoiled with the grocery stores and restuarants.

Hard to say. I would say black because browns work more, but the people from Africa and the Middle East make up the majority of people on assistance.
