It's fricking hilarious how Conservatives are all about states rights, except when it's something they disagree with like legal Marijuana. Then they're all, "Federal laws prohibit it!"
Hmm that was way too easy. Seems like both sides are full of hypocritical assholes. Go figure

PS-Do you have Parkinson's? The alternating capital letters with lower case letters is childish but if you have Parkinson's it's explainable.
No, the alternating letters depict how stupid your response is from the perspective of your readers.

Now multiple emoji use is definitely evidence of a 12 year old behind the computer. Which doesn’t bode well for you since I know you are a senile old man.

Of course you know how your drugs are spelled. Didn’t mean to offend you.

Actually, it's apples to oranges.
The feds are not actually doing anything about MM.
They are trying to do something about criminal aliens, but its the states that are interjecting themselves into federal law which is where they have no authority. Not the other way around.
That was way too easy.

The Obama administration sued states over immigration laws and voter ID laws.
Did they sue the states that legalized marijuana? Nope. Has the Trump administration sued them? Nope.

Depends on how they self identify. How is it fair if an apple that identifies as a grape is prevented for getting funds from the grape industry just because those bigots try and mislabel the reality of the apple/grapes choice??? Did ya ever think of that???...huh?..did ya?

Get in line, no one cares.

Point me to where I defended druggies in this thread. What is with you and false accusations?

I'm beginning to understand why no one gives you a worthwhile Christmas gift. You make Ebeneezer Scrooge look like Mother Teresa....

Unions have little power today because their backing by organized crime has taken a sever beating since the 1980s. One of the last bastions of organized crime and unions was the sanitation workers affiliated with the teamsters.
They were decimated in the 1990s.

Is this your opinion or has the WoD been actually ruled unconstitutional? I think it's the former and you're simply talking out of your arse. BTW, I'm no fan of many aspects of the WoD.

Getting caught with weed in TX would ruin my professional career; no different than a DUI to them.
Employment is irrelevant to the legal issue. People should be free to partake/grow weed however they see fit and not have to make the choice between effective drugs and supporting their family.
