Not really. I would guesstimate the majority of Americans in my generation aged 60-80 are pretty conservative….those in the Boomer generation who attended universities seem to the majority of Boomers who remain loyal to the liberal/progressive movement.

I saw his interview with Russell Brand several weeks ago. I'd probably disagree with Robbins on a vast majority of issues, but I did find him to be very thoughtful and he seemed to truly value individual freedom.

He wondered how people could openly want the unvaccinated to be refused healthcare when we still take care of drug addicts and alcoholics. Basically, it's inhuman to abandon those who make choices you might disagree with. I thought it was a powerful point.

More so than the resident hippies here. It often seems some of the most ardent goose-steppers on this board are old burnt out stoners.
