Louisiana averaged 13.7 murders per 100,000, compared to the U.S. average of 6.6 murders per 100,000 from 1989- 2014.

Why I was always in favor of tax payer funded abortions

White people have already fixed this. Latins and Asians too. In fact EVERY race has fixed crime except for one. Maybe we should leave it to them to fix since they are the ones doing the killing and dying? Or not. Totally up to them.

The average IQ of those folks is only like 87.
You cannot expect them to grasp abstract concepts such as law & justice. This is why the safest countries in Africa all have extreme human rights problems; they dont GET IT unless under direct threat of violence.

Not much.
Active, overwhelming policing coupled with to the max prosecution, and judges giving max sentences would help obviously, but those are just band-aids on bullet wounds.
They have to want to help themselves.

There were 20958 black births in Louisiana in 2021. I couldn't find any useful statistics on the race of LA murder victims, but even if 100% of victims were black, we would have to get up to a 458/100000 state murder rate to make it to replacement level.
For comparison, Ukraine has had a (very roughly) estimated 200k casualties over the 2-year war. Which would put their annual "murder" rate during the war somewhere around 252/100000.
So hopefully there is some other solution.

Let's see if I can state this without hurting anyone's feelings.
Back in 1799 when France owned both the Louisiana Territory and Haiti ,
France decided to ship some slaves from Haiti (it was a large sugar producer at the time) to Louisiana. Louisiana was also a productive sugar producer. Sugar Cane is a labor intensive agricultural product.
Look at Haiti today and we have many descendants of those slaves who originally came from Haiti to Louisiana today.
