Black men. Somebody posted about Jason Whitlocks episode decrying what the matriarchal society has done to the black community. Without a father to instill discipline, respect, and order young black men are more likely to turn to crime. It would also help if whites in media would start calling it out, but don’t hold your breath.

This is the answer. Take away the financial incentives for baby mamas to spit out as many chillrun as they can. Many/most without a baby daddy, or a baby daddy spreading his criminal seeds into the next round of young adults.
