sorry - this is far worse than "dumbassery"
It is OBVIOUS that what these 'sensitive documents' were for was to control any underlying documents that would substantiate any of the records relative to Biden's career of money laundering and under the table dealings.

When it was revealed that these document pertained to UKRAINE, and we realize that Biden spent his last days in VP office traveling to UKRAINE to meet with their 'officials' === FOR WHAT PURPOSE?? === it is completely clear to ME that the obvious REASON for the trip was to put the final touches on a COVER UP operation to hide the details of the the prior 8 years of corruption. ESPECIALLY with an uncontrolled POTUS coming into the office.

Compare that to whatever memorabilia items that TRUMP had in his home - under Secret Service guard.

Come on - put some beef behind your ridiculous charges of "NUCLEAR CODES" etc.

in the meantime

yes - this is not the same CD from ten years ago - at least then he could make less idiotic comments.

Now, he is not much better than the standard green-haired Karen toting a "KAVANAUGH IS A RAPIST" placard.

Uh maybe you forgot that Trump's classified documents were all nuclear secrets that he was hand delivering to Putin alongside an edible arrangement.

Who in the government allowed them to have these documents should be in jail.

It means your true colors shine down everyday and everyday you and your ilk come out losers.

Literally everything you hate Trump for, Biden is guilty of.

How does it feel to be a fricking moron?

Hillary, Obama, Bill, Pelosi, etc have committed equally egregious crimes over their careers.....you wanna see them in prison, too?

It’s not illegal though.

Where did he break the law?

An obedient foot soldier of the LWO going to jail for breaking the law in pursuit of Democrat utopia?
That won't happen in DC.
Now if a person pushes back against the deep state, they will be jailed for multiple years without trial and labeled a terrorist.
Lenin, Stalin and Putin are smiling.

Trump did not follow this procedure as to any of the documents found in the Mar-a-Lago cache. As such, there will always be people who believe that he never actually declassified these documents

Irrelevant.

frick what they believe.

The “norm” is not the only avenue of declassification.

You crack me up. You get hung up on the smallest technicality to defend trannie pedos, yet you are willing to shite-can logic because OMB.

Incorrect, as is the norm for you. Why don't you go back to defending transphags and drag queens for tots and leave these higher level discussions to the non groomers.

Mmkay?

He will say yes to all but black Jesus.

The others are no longer of any use to “the party.”

This is 100% fact. He also has the ability to grant an interim clearance at any level.

Get back to me when you are able to attain a passing score on an 8th grade test of reading comprehension.

where did I say otherwise?

My point was simply that by failing to document an alleged declassification, he created an ambiguity which will never be answered.

He answered it.

NO CONTROLLING LEGAL AUTHORITY has discretion over this other than the President himself and the President said "declassed".

You simply don't accept the answer because your hatred of Trump rules your life and blinds you.

This is a literal attempt at "muh both sides" on your part and it's pathetic.

Biden's "ooops" was a crime and infinitely worse than Trump's perfectly legal actions.

And my point is that your point is irrelevant.
