No, you take pleasure in any perceived hardship or “failure” of the Trump administration, or use it to feel good, like you were right and the others were wrong, ie to feel vindication, etc. Normal and well-adjusted people in informal conversation can often refer to the concept as “a win,” or a “loss.” Ever heard people use the informal terminology “that’s a W,” or “put that in the win column?”
Look, I won’t take it as weakness if you just let this one lie, and to the contrary a sign of some level of wisdom. But I’m not too confident on that.

Sounds like Harvard is getting ready to fall in line so Trump withdrew the more aggressive demands.
Sounds like the administration made another mistake.

I do think it’s funny when this administration shoots from the hip and has to backpedal.

'd be careful placing faith in those stats as anything other than a random selection premise. The lottery boasts far lower odds with far lower qualifications.
At one time Harvard acceptance rates probably meant much more in terms of applicant quality. But even when you entered the pool, that was changing. Now a mediocre student like David Hogg, who couldn't even gain admittance into public universities out of HS, gets accepted to Harvard the following year over applicants with your undergrad applicant qualifications which is an effing travesty.
Harvard "progress" in this arena is kind of like the surviving Challenger crew members commenting (just before impact) on how far they'd "come" in the minutes since the initial o-ring explosion near the boundary to space, and as they descended. Harvard's come a similarly long way.

Huh? Still has an acceptance rate of 3%.
Exactly. That's why "Most kids now are saying frick Harvard", they can't get in. 97% to be exact.

They even had to write a correction.
Trying to show Harvard as a victim.
Poor Harvard, they have it so bad.

I like how every media outlet has to back pedal because they report incorrect information daily.

When David Hogg was given a scholarship you kind of knew what their priorities have become. DEI should be the antithesis of what a school that desires a good reputation should install.
Harvard has already ruined themselves.

You're a bleeding heart that wants a huge welfare state. Don't play dumb, 80% of this board knows your posting habits.

So you can’t identify a single post of mine that supports your bullshite. At least we have that cleared up.
