That is the definition of political stupidity.
YES - I would LOVE for everyone associated with this to be faced with loooooong prison sentences - but 'capital punishment??' - nahhh. This is just pure old corruption writ large. And the consequences need to be severe - but the taking of lives is not a precedent we want to encourage.
Always vote for the LEAST EVIL - that is the only way to improve - the new "political Jesus' in the form of the perfect man is not going to come our way again.
We got in the position by slow degradation of all our inherited norms of good governance - we will have to grow out of it on the same time-table.
But yeah - I want them all captured - humiliated - punished to the full extent of the law.
Crying "off with their heads" is not a process we want to introduce.
