If you burn them all at once, who has jurisdiction?

The only flag that would get you in legal trouble would be the Pride flag. It represents people with "protected status".

Now some of the others may get your arse kicked depending on circumstances. And those folks may get in legal trouble - esp if they do it to defend the US flag.

I commented on the article about the pride flag being burned and the perps being charged with a hate crime. Also about the scandal at Texas Children's. X permanently suspended my account. Oh well.

Why are those people the Pride flag represents protected? How does one qualify to be represented by the Pride flag? Does the Pride flag even have a choice in who or what it represents?

Then people need to burn those other flags and force the USSC to declare it okay, which they would. If it's okay for the US flag, it's okay for any flag.

No. Even lawyers at liberal UC-Berkeley agree that it’s protected as long as no other crimes are being committed. Reuters

I interesting claim. Since the American flag represents all Americans doesn’t it by extension represent those same protected classes?

A separate category of crime for "hate" that carries different penalties should not be constitutional. Someone had to subjectively classify certain things as "hate crimes." It's absurd.

especially considering nothing attacking something stemming off a right winged tree is ever considered a hate crime.

If you own the flag you are free to burn it. You could buy 100 pride flags and burn them all you want. You have to have some other crime connected to it to make it a hate crime.

If you lit it on fire and threw it on the house of a gay person that would be a hate crime.

The absurdity is even one step further back. This crazy concept that "Hate" is illegal.

Having a USA hat on makes it 100% illegal .

Should really post it to twitter so it can be easily linked to TD.
