Where’s all this “systemic” racism that’s causing the country to be torn apart?

I guess I’m just a dumb ole hick or something. But for the life of me I cannot find any of this “systemic” racism that apparently permeates our society. Can someone help me out with some concrete examples?
TIA
TIA

Its when those guys put a noose on a garage door a year ago just so Bubba could walk in to the garage one day and be oppressed.
And when Juicy was walking home from Subway and got beaten up by the Nigerians that were white people wearing red hats.
Can't you see?
Its everywhere

There might be pockets of systemic racism (Glynn County with its actions as to how it handled the Aubery case appears to fit the description), but wide-spread I don't believe so.

Black millionaires lecturing people about racism and being the victims, race car drivers seeing garage door handles as nooses, actors hiring black people to beat them up to claim racial injustice( while wearing a noose(fake)...I’m sure racism exist, just tell me where in 2020? Shite getting old when it constantly has to be faked, and the competition for the biggest victim are so rich and removed from reality...

Seems the problem there was not with the system, but the people within the system. If the DA doesn't want to charge a couple good ole boys that isn't systemic racism, it is the bias of the DA.

The Leftist View, whether they admit it or not:
The Systemic Racism is the Capitalist System. The US Constitution undergirds and supports the Racist Capitalist System.
We can get on the path to Curing and Healing this country by electing Joe Biden. President Biden will transform this country and cure it by putting us on the path to Marxism.
Marxism is the cure, and, Joe will put us on that path.

If racism is so prevalent then why is everyone going out of there way to make up fanciful and fake stories. And it’s not just one crazy guy it’s almost every day somebody makes up or embellishes some fairy tale
If there is racism all over the place. Let it happen and then tell the world. Black people Don’t want racism to go away. It’s a warm blanket to wrap up in when something bad happens to you
So with the dearth of actual racist actions we are resorting to the “well everyone is born a racist not by action but just because”. What’s the point of even talking about it then

That America has more immigrants than any other nation calls into question the systemic racism claims. LINK
1) Why would so many people come to a nation that is rife with white supremacy and systemic racism?
2) Why would people leave their native cultures/structures to come to a foreign culture built with "white structures?"
3) How come our alleged systemic racism only works against American blacks?
4) Why is it only American blacks that need white help - Brees' statement concludes with "The black community cannot do it alone." Literally, every other ethnic group can come to this country and prosper without any white help whatsoever.
If there's systemic racism in America, I'm 100% for purging it from our borders. But I have no idea where to start and apparently no one is capable of articulating it.
It really seems to be just an assumed myth.

Look at all the unprovoked attacks by blacks against whites. All the proof you need.

The only systemic racism is affirmative action and the ability of blacks to more easily get welfare. I've known 3 white families that desperately needed help and weren't able to get anything close to single black mothers.
One was told to sell his only car before he could get any help.
One family of 3 was given $30 a month in food stamps after being unemployed for over 6 months. But a black teenager can shite out a kid and get a few hundred.
They all had to survive on the generosity of friends and family because they couldn't get any help from the government after paying taxes for decades.
Black people get more free money than anyone. There is no reason for them to pretend to be oppressed.
