It isn’t and never was a war except by liberal and media standards. If you google Obama war on Syria you’ll never see the word “war” you’ll only see “military conflict”. So if that was a military conflict where he actually put troops in the ground this by their standards wasn’t even a military conflict much less a war. Don’t believe me Google it.
