Sounds like he is good at turning millions of government dollars into nothing. There is not a huge market for that skill set.

The better question is how does someone get such a cushy, well-compensated job that produces absolutely nothing of intrinsic value in the first place?

Gee, who'd a thought that letting peace corps-minded young ladies go serve in the Sudan would be a rape risk?

It's not Trump's fault. We have DeepSeek for this now. We don't need real people to write white papers to place in congressional files never to be read, ever.

I can smell the composting latrine that the Ford Foundation paid $20,000 for from here. It will not be used next year.

The decision appears to be triggered by staffers attempting to get in the way of President Donald Trump’s orders, according to Acting USAID Administrator Jason Gray, who said in an email cited by Politico that they “identified several actions within USAID that appear to be designed to circumvent the president’s executive orders and the mandate from the American people.”

“As a result, we have placed a number of USAID employees on administrative leave with full pay and benefits until further notice while we complete our analysis of these actions,” Gray added.

There are plenty of good jobs for normal, hard working people, even if you have to change fields. Honestly, as someone who hires, I look for someone with work ethic and desire to improve and learn. Outside of occupations with a specific educational or experience qualification, most people with strong work ethic can be taught to do most anything.
