Thread is about 10 or so down.

I’m out if UF players make the same sentiment to our fans.

I guess I missed this. Don't have a clue what this

In the news this weekend. Former players complaining about “white culture,” which, in one instance, meant things like being told to put on a shirt because of walking around shirtless at the football complex. The strength coach is suspended now. A player preached to fans yesterday about BLM, for fans not watch them if the fans don’t support BLM.

When college sports becomes a political tool for the democratic party and radical left, I will definitely stop watching. And it is definitely heading that direction.

I will be, and frick Saban if he gives in to this shite.

I watch sports as an escape

You should already be out.

The kneeling is merely the outward signal of what they already think.

Stop supporting people who sneer at your very existence

Show some self respect. Use that time for something uplifting to you and your loved ones

So you deny yourself a great service based on some political theater? Dumbass.

I'll still watch football if they kneel. Just like I still use any business that improves the quality of my life.

They don't need the anthem to kneel.

Anyway Saban is a heavy left so prepare to boycott.

ETA: ED O is a democrat too I believe.

My crystal ball says Leach will be the only holdout in the SEC. And they'll probably fire him for it.

I'm not going to be mad at those black kids for getting caught up in the moment and believing what everyone around them believes, but between this and whatever goofy COVID restrictions will be in place, this is definitely shaping up to be a disappointing football season.

Now the NFL? I'm out, except to see how Burrow, Jefferson, Clyde, etc do. I'm not mad at the NFL either, I've just had enough of being lectured to.

Remember how COVID doom and glooomy the draft was this year? That pissed me off more than this.

I have no doubt that they are planning some kind of big protest this season. Even though the team is not out for the anthem, the LSU SJW’s will organize some kind of solidarity moment.

This will be the end of my support of LSU sports. It will hurt me deeply, but I have no regrets from dropping the NFL and The Saints.

LSU athletes have everything. White people gave them that, and apparently they still hate us. Well I have a big problem supporting people who hate me.

We don't live in that world anymore. We were adults when they took education...and the media...and the tech world...and social media. Now they have the microphone and their message is so loud, things we thought the stuff of high political farce is now accepted truth. Being "adults" just means we'll be kneeling like adults at our workplaces, watching our kids kneel in schools and doom them to a world where the color of your skin once again really does directly dictate your place in life.

I was getting sick of college football over the paying players, hat games and selectively enforced rules anyway...I will have zero problem doing without it this Fall.

No. I don’t let 19-21 year olds kids, or football players dictate or control my feelings

One of the few times we agree on something. +1.

Also appreciate your honest and candid comment.

I openly reject ANY bullshite act like this by an organization - IF college sports yield to this insanity I will never watch cannot game of anything until they regain their senses.

I am DONE with any conciliation with this evil notion. THEY must change their ways significantly toward actual logic, morality, decency, respect they can go piss up a rope.

NO MORE COMPROMISE with abject EVIL
