I agree with your entire post.
I'll add this as well. Many of the GOP issues could simply be solved by coming up with alternative solutions which ease people into change instead of blame and force tactics.
Punish businesses that participate in illegal hiring
Increase border security and create checkpoints in known border towns.
Tie welfare into a work-study program (remember when we had those) that forces people to work part-time as recompense for their welfare and other benefits.
Cut off all child-based payment after the 2nd child.

Identity Politics is one of the big reasons Hillary lost. They played to every sub culture and left the white straight male with no choice but to vote for Trump.

Three of these things have been tried. (Don't think anyone's ever implemented #4 anywhere)
The problem with the ones that get implemented and the one that didn't is that they get undone by a party who depends solely on the people impacted for it's votes.

It was due to identity politics, the lack of effort to reform failed policies, and her own hubris that ultimately led to her downfall.
That being said, the OP speaks some truth. If voting patterns stay on their current course, and we continue to immigrate thousands of immigrants even with reforms, it will ultimately lead to whites no longer being the de facto way to win elections.
Other factors to consider are birth rates among the white population and the steady decline of marriages in the United States.
If Texas ever goes blue, its over for the GOP in the electoral college. You would have to win every other state in the union outside the Dem stronghold states.

It has a major effect on culture, and it's evidence of culture changes. So yes, it very well may have an impact.

You need to look back a bit further. There's no new trends and there's a lot of cultural changes that have yet to take place.
Both parties are going to be radically different. This isn't a one way street.

Great guy I listened to on a recent Joe Rogan podcast. Can’t recall his name but wrote a book called “Tribe”. Basically if you want to better understand human think of them through the lense of being a tribal species and their genetic need for the tribe to flourish, not the individual. Very eye opening.

They all have merit. But they get shot down as racist none the less.
#1 The state of California relies very heavily on illegal labor. The democratic party in charge stopped enforcement long ago. There is no cooperation with the federal government. There is virtually no punishment for hiring illegals. It would be crippling to segments of their economy to return to enforcement of the law.
#2 While funding for border security and patrols increased early in the Obama administration, in the latter part, ICE was directed to focus solely on convicted criminals.
#3 In 2012, "workfare" programs that had been established by the Clinton Administration in 1996 were dismantled by the Obama administration.
#3 No one has ever tried this, to my knowledge, but no democrat would ever support it. In fact, you probably wouldn't find much republican support because they would be vilified as heartless racist child murderers, rather than proponents of personal responsibility.

How about they vote their interests rather than their ethnicity? How about they think through the proposals presented and choose that which serves their future best? That whole “E Pluribus Unum” thing.

They stand for the “little man” the party of the people. The oh so tolerant left, inclusive and protector of minorities....
So as you suggest when white males become a minority what kind of kickbacks and expansion type programs are we looking at to help us?
