Yeah, this is a good idea.

Let's divide into tribes some more. Boomers vs. X vs. Millennials, white vs. black vs. brown, dems vs. republicans, Catholics vs. Protestants, male vs. female vs. alphabet people, ad nauseam.

This is exactly what's weakening this country. And our enemies are laughing their asses off.

doesn't your generation go and take it from them then? If GenX is such a bunch of pussies, it should be easy to do. Weak arse bitch.

Its literally happening right now on both the left and right

It’s going to be Vance vs Ossoff in 2028
A bunch of millennials are going win midterms

Musk and Rubio and Hawley are pretty much the only know Gen X national power players

Brandon Gill is the best US rep
Stephen Miller - best current cabinet member
Both millennials

Adjusted for inflation, $2.65 in 1978 (when the minimum wage was that in Louisiana) is the equivalent of $14.16 today. The TOTAL cost of attending LSU was about $1800/year for in-state students. You could easily make that working part-time bagging groceries for minimum wage over the summer/on weekends.

There would be a 50 page nuclear meltdown on here if Louisiana passed legislation enacting a $14 minimum wage or if they capped the total cost of attending LSU at $4900/year for in-state students.
School was definitely cheaper. No question.
However, salaries were significantly lower as well.

For example, I had the opportunity to attend college anywhere. But my folks were stretched to support me at LSU. Harvard was 15x LSU. Baylor was a little more than half that. Could I have gotten loans ... of course. It would have been as crushing as for some today, so I chose to go another route.

I ended up doing 2yrs undergrad on my parents dime at LSU, then I nailed a USAF scholly to pay for Med School in exchange for a 4-yr obligation to serve the USAF.

I never regretted one second of the pay back. There was never any penis envy for my classmates whose folks paid their way, or for some other gen that may have been better positioned than was mine. It was just a matter of making the best of the hand I was dealt.

The same USAF 4-yr deal is available today. Let's repeat that, the same 4y-for-4y military scholarship is available for students today. Cost of education be damned.

Bottomline: Figure it out.

Bottom line is there are millions of Americans under age 50 who are trying to blame other Americans for their shortcomings. If you want to blame Americans, blame those in Corporations and the political elites who sold the US out to foreign interests in the name of corporate profits......and it started way before Boomers had the power in corporate America and in DC.

What's hilarious is some of them self-identify as "conservative" while advancing a narrative authored by Leftists.

You mean the generation that wasn’t ever savvy enough to wrestle power from boomers and is about to get passed up in presidential succession?

Haha. We own houses. Have jobs. Have retirement accounts. Don’t whine about shite constantly. You can call that savvy or not savvy. I don’t really care.

But good luck in your future endeavors.

If you think that any of those people are going to solve the problem, you are living up to the IQ level I generally give people of your age. Keep drinking the kool-aid boy.

Way to change the argument because you got proven wrong
And you added an insult because you can make a coherent argument
Congrats!

The difference is this generation continues to live at home with no rent, daddy pays for a car so no car note, no insurance note; iphone paid by parents. What are you complaining about as you continue to play video games eat at chipotle and drink coffee at Starbucks all while complaining you don’t have money! And be damned if you’re going to work full time and go to school full time which is exactly what I did.. by the way not online either! Go cry somewhere else.

Not speaking for NCT but I refute the list of things you argue boomers are responsible for, and disagree that boomers failed in 2 important elections.
