Probably they’ve been hiding it for years.
My guess is this was diagnosed years ago, had treatment, but now it’s back. And it’s so bad now he will by dead soon. So they are finally letting it out.

Ironically, androgen deprivation therapy (ADT literally induces low testosterone) is the standard for this scenario (advanced prostate cancer). Side effects include worsening cognitive function (dementia) and frailty
My take: he has had it for some time (years), but did not disclose while being treated with ADT…

I posted this in another thread. By the numbers, 5-10% have stage 4 at the time of diagnosis (i.e. de novo stage 4). However, what is not mentioned, perhaps because there is not a good data set to study, is how many of these people with de novo stage 4 were getting yearly screenings?

AS noted, no way his long time physician missed this with his last physical, way less than a year ago. It's too easy to spot & diagnose. No need to wonder but if the doc "passed" on this, how honest was his medical exam report?

They were already talking about him using a wheelchair in his 2nd term. There's no telling just how much was being kept from us.
Let's be honest. Obama, Pelosi, and the Democrats didn't give a damn about Joe Biden. They just wanted to prop him up long enough to win on 11/5/24, and then he could've dropped dead the next day and they wouldnt have cared.
But the debate on June 27 changed all that (I happen to believe that Obama engineered that debate because he already knew that Biden would get exposed in the general election. Only thing is, Obama knew that Kamala wasn't any better than Joe. That's why he wanted an open convention).

My thoughts.
He was diagnosed before 2024. They thought he could run again and after the win he would step down, giving Kamala the Presidency.
I say this with the belief there was a shadow government running the show and they would continue with a Harris administration.
I also believe that was why Kamala was ramrodded through without giving anyone else an opportunity to run.
