Such an a-hole reply.

Yea, no.
Courts don't care how much new spouse makes bc they don't really have any parental rights. You want them to foot the bill? Sign your kid over.

Why do you want to support your children?
No if we’re talking spousal support and custody that’s another thing. In most cases women don’t deserve to keep the house, car, boat and dog plus primary custody. Hell, fathers are more important to a child’s development than women are anyways. At least after the age of 4 or 5.

You can’t read. Where did I say that? The point is that the moms manipulate the system to get more money out of the dads. There are zero measures in place to insure the money is going to the children and a lot of it doesn’t. Why should a good father not be able to get 50/50 standard custody and pay for school, insurance, the kids at his house, etc. Why should the dad automatically owe the mom 20-25% of his income BEFORE TAXES? That’s the default. This isn’t a matter of wanting to support your children it’s a matter of POS black widow women having ex husbands living under their thumbs and using their children to do so. It’s a manipulation of a system that was put in place to protect children. Not to enrich mom and her new husband.

Child support is completely fricked but I honestly don't see what can be done on the federal level to unfrick it. It long since has been bastardized into a sideways form of alimony. Some states aren't so ridiculous but a few States the numbers are just hilarious and indefensible even with cost of living taken into effect
I will say this though. Eventually there will be a reaction and it will get fixed but you want to know who's going to fix it!? Women. Not today. Women still see themselves as having the advantage. And bless their hearts they're probably going to have it for a little bit. But it's going away. And while they all run around acting like men are useless and they can do without them eventually women are going to realize that policy is what's driving them to be alone.
And they might think it's funny and something they can dismiss that many men have calculated that women are no longer worth the trouble that reality is just going to get more and more true in the coming years.
Finally women don't understand how dangerous this situation is. The only reason women's rights exist at all is because men enforce them. If a Tipping Point ever comes where women are considered as useless to men as women right now seem to think men are to them women are going to be in for one serious rude awakening.

This is definitely state dependent because many states are now starting from an assumption that the parents will have 50/50 custody and child support formulas vary wildly.

Fortunately for me my children live with me. He was stupid enough to think she was about to marry the guy she slotted around with who had some money but of course as is typical he later cheated on her. Whoops.

You include stuff like that in your legal paperwork. Hell I had no overnight "guest" when the kids were with her as part of our agreement.

So, a father that’s a billionaire should pay the exact same as someone on welfare
Someone on welfare likely can't even afford child support. That said there's really no reason why a billionaire should have to pay more child support then I might have to pay if that situation arose. If the woman thinks having the Billionaire's lifestyle is so all important that she's supposedly needs enough child support to buy a 10,000 sqft home and the $200,000 car then rich dad should just get custody.

All things being equal, the billionaire should have custody

Found a deadbeat.
Regardless, while not at all a federal issue, at the state level he's right.
Our society is falling apart at the seams, and the only way to mitigate the downfall is to incentivize people (women mainly, since they initiate divorce 80+% of the time) to hold down the nuclear family. Nuclear families are the backbone of a vibrant, polite society, and ordained by God to be so. It is the first, most important form of government.
Right now in this country we reward single motherhood, and we punish families. We should monetarily punish people who create children and then break up their family and have those children be a drag on society (and spare me the anecdotes, the science has spoken on this, trust it), and reward those who keep a family with extreme prejudice.
It has nothing to do with being a deadbeat dad. Simp all you want, but the courts and system reward women handsomely for having babies out of wedlock and/or divorcing their husbands. It's pathetic and disgusting, and it's destroying this country.

Give men the right for their version of an “abortion”. If women can abort a child, men can say yeah I’m out, I don’t want nothing to do with the kid, thus removing them from all obligations.
