What'a the latest on the Kavanaugh vote...Happening this week or not?

If they agree to letting Ford testify this Thursday is there enough time for a vote to confirm Kavanaugh? If she doesn't testify this week (or if she does) and goes beyond this week can he be confirmed next week? Haven't not seen a stickied thread on the latest just wondering if this can still get done soon.

That would be the best outcome for the dims. That would leave a ton of disgruntled Rs at home for the midterms. I don't think Trump will let that happen.

Do they even work on Friday? I think I have heard their work week is Tuesday through Thursday.
Maybe certain circumstances make them work extra days.
