What sort of EO do you think Stephen Miller had prepared for this ruling?

No way he was caught off guard, and you know he has been working on options

Stephen Miller is the last person you want involved in the process considering how much of his work (including this retarded EO) have gotten laughed out of courts.
I have no idea what Trump sees in this guy. He's bumbled and failed through 2 admins, now.

He can get on a TV interview and drum up the base while triggering the libs, but when it comes to effectively governing you could convince me he is purposely trying to derail the Trump admin and I would believe you.

Lol ok that’s funny

Idk, but I’m not as bothered by this ruling as some and would be surprised if the Trump admin expected the court to rule differently. SCOTUS essentially ruled that POTUS doesn’t have the authority to change constitutional law through EO.
That’s a good thing whether or not I disagree with birth right citizenship.

It all started with the "Muslim ban" that immediately embarrassed admin 1, which they quietly replaced to fix while publicly yelling about the flawed original.
The BRC EO and fricking up tariffs should make him a pariah

you may have suggested the right solution by having Miller write a retarded EO that addresses the Chinese birth right scam. IE only military/govt employees can access the eastern islands directly. Private individuals must clear immigration only in Anchorage and only citizens/green card holders are allowed to travel to the eastern islands that are US territory.

I know right. Much like the way the marxist and communists use lawfare, Miller understands the power of EO's, especially the time it takes to rid them.
I guess we can call it EOfare!!

They had multiple options to choose from to get tariffs legally enacted.
Instead, they chose a statute that clearly didn't authorize tariffs instead, which led to an embarrassing L (like this EO)

Melt?
Have you not heard the big news today? Today's one of my bigger Ws on the poli board in the Trump era. I invested a LOT of time in the subject and was completely validated

It really just highlights how inept the republicans in congress are, Trump's only hope of getting literally anything done is longshot executive orders. Republicans hold both houses in congress and allegedly have a conservative majority in the supreme court, yet they cant get a single policy bill passed. Trump is at least trying, there just isnt a lot he can do on his own.

Trump's tariffs didn't need Congress. There are multiple avenues already on the books the admin could have chosen. Instead, they went with the path that had no legal basis.

You don't understand what Stephen Miller's role is.
