1. Denmark, Poland, Sweden or Finland is my guess.
2. they probably thought the United States would come out and praise them for destroying Russian infrastructure. now they're acting like cowards deflecting blame elsewhere.

Russia has a valve. They can shut off the flow by closing it. It is beyond stupid to think russia would blow up the pipeline that supplies them with cash when they can simply turn a valve to shut off the flow and have it ready to be turned back on with having to spend a billion dollars to remake the whole damn thing.
People thinking this pipeline will be turned back on are living in a fantasy world. There is a war going on and it would take a huge effort to salvage the pipeline before it is degraded to a point that salvage isn't possible.
You going to spend billions you don't have to rebuild something just so the Kabal/globalist can blow it up again?

Delivering explosives to an unguarded pipeline in 300 feet of water is trivial and could be done in any number of ways. Any decent private military contractor could do it, let alone a nation’s military.
