I have a Glock 27.

A lot of power for a small handgun. A woman (especially a smaller woman like TigerDoc Decatur Spleen Texridder Tarzana Mmcgrath BamaAtl Tboy Mickey Goldmill, etc.) should really fire one before they buy it. Perhaps a 26 is more their speed.

If you’re buying a carry gun, keep in mind that if you ever need to use it to defend yourself, investigating law enforcement will confiscate the gun and you’ll probably never see it again.

So you might want to consider carrying something that’s moderately priced and easily replaced.

If you're looking into going this route; I highly recommend checking out the Walther PPQ M2 Q5 Match.

Maybe the best stock trigger I've ever used and some of the best ergos of any manufacturer. They make a full metal version as well for folks who prefer the weight and do match shooting.
