How does an illegal alien have a driver’s license, and a social security card?
WTH has this government been doing for Lord knows how long that an illegal immigrant is eligible to pull social security benefits?

Doesn’t take 50 years for consideration so I would guess that she just ignored the citizenship application
This is when that whole personal responsibility thing and refusing to act on it, bites you on the arse. She really has no one to blame but herself. Hell, she should be blaming the ICE or immigration judge that let her stay here without any conditions to get a green card. But, alas, they will blame Trump.

No she didn’t. She stayed when she was supposed to leave. We tolerated it. We didn’t tell her she could stay

In other words, there is no logic behind this deportation but oh well? That's an actual human. She is being sent to some foreign land after almost 50 years and this is your response.
While I do think making a huge spectacle but only deporting tiny amounts of people in the process is kind of silly, “that’s an actual human” isn’t grounds to not enforce the law.
I personally think if Trump does all this so dramatically he should be doing a lot more deportations than he is. The way he’s going about this isn’t great. I know he’s not Hitler, he’ll never be Hitler, but giving the left firepower for 2028 for a few law abiding illegals here and there isn’t smart.
Only thing I can think of is he’s sending a message to people and the fear might be effective in getting people to self deport. In which case he should just cut off sanctuary cities and fine the shite out of businesses that use illegals.

So she had almost 50 YEARS to go through the process of becoming a legal citizen and didn't?
The problem with you retards is that you act like there is no path to becoming a legal citizen in the United States, in your minds it's "come here illegally or nothing at all"
This is what frames all of your arguments against deportations, ICE, BP, etc. In order to believe the things you and your ilk do, you have to completely ignore and forget that we have a process to become a legal citizen, open to any immigrant that chooses. Yes it takes years sometimes, but this lady had 50.

Try what?
Get a student visa to another country.
Overstay that visa and request asylum.
See how it goes and report back.
Seriously. Go to another country. We'll wait for your report.

Ss fraud isn’t something to just ignore you fricking clown.
You literally made this up because AI said someone committing SS fraud could get a SS card.
You know who else gets SS cards? People who are authorized to work in the United States.

If you do not have sufficient proof of citizenship, you better get it.

Kashanian came to the United States in 1978 on a student visa and eventually applied for asylum, but her claim was denied.
I'm more curious about the facts of this. On its face, she should have been a textbook case for asylum given the timeframe.
