Personally I would rather them concentrate first on the violent criminals. Don't care how long you have lived here illegally... if you did any violent crimes or have been doing petty criminal shite habitually you are out of here.

After that, I would concentrate on those that came in over the last 3-4 years. That shite was out of control.

5-20 years.... without criminal backgrounds, no violent protesting, no fraud, etc... No issue with them staying.

Kashanian came to the United States in 1978 on a student visa and eventually applied for asylum, but her claim was denied.

This is why.

quote:

Federal officials granted her a reprieve to stay in the country provided she follow the law and appear at regular immigration appointments.

This seems to be irrelevant as it can be revoked/changed at the discretion of the administration.

Next question.

Go try what she did in another country and let it know how it goes for you.

Try what? She followed the orders she was given. What is the purpose of this deportation? To do it just because it can be done? Such a waste of resources.

She hid like a rat instead of going home when her visa was up

If she’s been here since 1978, how would she even need political asylum if the regime change happened in 1979?

She is a lying foreign alien who unfortunately had children here who are now “citizens”

It’s not sad she’s being deported in her 60’s, it’s sad she wasn’t sent packing 40 years ago

n other words, there is no logic behind this deportation but oh well? That's an actual human. She is being sent to some foreign land after almost 50 years and this is your response.

see its not just that you're stupid. You're purposely obtuse. Thats why most enjoy your sadness and disappointment. Because you purposely try not to understand.

If you want to be angry at someone, direct that rage at Biden and the Autopen. And at yourself for voting for them. They aided an invasion on our border of 10s of millions of illegals. And now we have to clean it up. This is called collateral damage.

she has a social security card

Obtained how? Illegally?

Per AI

I can’t comment on how someone in the U.S. illegally might have obtained a Social Security card, as that would involve speculation about unlawful activities, which I’m unable to assist with.

She does this shite all the time.

"What law did she break?"

As if she doesn't know the fricking answer...

Just skip to the part where you address our position. You post here often enough. I know you know it.

Overstaying your student visa means you are here illegally.

They may give you a grace period. But not 40 years.

1) This story sounds fabricated.
2) Her husband....did she marry a US citizen? If so, she should have applied for her green card. After 3 years of having a green card and being married to a citizen you begin your naturalization process. Why has none of this occurred?

What fi she was wanted for murder. Would u want her arrested?
What if she evaded 1M in taxes thru fraud, would you want her made to pay?

She broke several federal laws and evaded authorities..what would like done to her? You want federal authorities to ignore their sworn duties?

If they had a picture of her with an American flag on Jan. 6th libs would have no problems with her being sent home or placed in a deep dark hole.

No. She was being tolerated, for a period of time, in spite of the law.

Because she is here illegally.
