Ok now that I made the obvious comment let me be honest...

What's anyone plans to stop trial lawyer corruption?

The courts will sort it out, to be honest. This answer isn't what we want to hear, but it's best case scenario. If we don't like it...? vote.

The real problem is letting injury attorneys destroy the car insurance agencies in Louisiana. That's what affects our car insurance costs and it needs to be addressed asap.

He has a 3 part plan.
Part 1: round up all the lawyers and insurance adjusters and their lawyers.
Part 2: Throw them all in the pit of misery.
Part 3: Napalm the pit of misery

Not sure, but all the plaintiffs attorneys I know are freaking out and all backing JBE.

Is it? Louisiana has had over 50 governors, and from what I can tell, not a single one of them have made any progress to curb this problem. Leaders in our state never fail to disappoint :(

1. Not block auto insurance regs legislation like JBE and his cronies did. A lot of things died in committee due JBE compadres.
2. Not push all these lawsuits like JBE had contracted out to his lawyer funders.

Big start right there.

False. Foster’s tort reforms helped tremendously, especially with respects to Med Mal and workman’s comp. Now, we need more serious reform with respects to car accidents and slip-n-fall.

It's Kirk Talbot's bill from last year (who is now Senator Talbot). His plan got killed by JBE and Alario by shuffling it off to a trial lawyer friendly committee.

The entire legislature is full of lawyers. Too late. Nothing will ever be done.

People need to take jury duty seriously. It’s as important as voting. Everyone I know, when subpoenaed, immediately calls the judge with excuses as to why they can’t serve.
When these lawyers start losing, settlements will be less likely and they will have to put in more work for less money and they will go away.

It helped who? Medical malpractice "reform" only helped the insurance companies make a bigger profit. That's it. It also destroyed the rights of people legitimately hurt by medical malpractice.

Why citizens of a state want to give up their constitutional right to access the courts so that large insurance companies can make more money is beyond me. Some of you are brainwashed.
