Without a Republican president, we don’t get the Patriot Act. Without a Republican president, we don’t get the COVID lockdowns. FACT.
Why? Because if Al Gore or Hillary Clinton had been president, every Republican would have been against both actions and would have fought it. So, when we get the next Republican president and he throws up that border wall all you dumbasses want, it’ll give the next Democrat president another tool by which they can oppress us.

Canada completely shutdown their border for COVID. The IRS, which recently added thousands of more agents, can already suspend your passport. So, if the border wall keeps people out, presumably it’ll keep people in. With the TSA guarding every exit and the border wall keeping you in, when the next draconian lockdown comes, where are you going to go?
We tried to tell you they’d use the Patriot Act against you. They’ll use the border wall against you too. It appears to me they are slow walking a police state.
ETA: And Republican presidencies are key to the plan.

I’ve been telling the Dims on this forum for 6 years the America First/MAGA movement is not dependent on Trump. Trump was the dude who was willing to take fight to DC and that meant a lot to a lot of Americans.
America First isn’t going away and in all likelihood will gain more followers as the left continues their efforts to fundamentally transform/destroy America.

The problem is "behind whom?"
The movement has shown to be wholly dependent on Trump, because there are literally no other candidates to push the movement forward. Remove Trump from the equation and people can't even give a good definition of what the policies of "America First", are.
