I assume you posted the picture with them with women to introduce the idea that they might be straight and are just roommates as opposed to a couple. If so, fine. Truthfully, I don't care what their personal relationship is based on.
What's interesting to me is that when questioned by a news outlet about their relationship and potential conflicts of interest, they evaded questioning.

If these guys were buddies since the age of five and grew up together, or became best friends in law school, why not just be honest, but assert they've made sure to never let their friendship get in the way of work and that they would always openly disclose potential conflicts of interest. Why not say they were just looking for a roommate to save money and ended up friends. They didn't do that, though, did they? They evaded answering.
