I wish the Dems would have fought this hard for the the Jan 6th detainee's due process rights. At least they were citizens.

The judiciary is causing a constitutional crisis IN THIS MOMENT. They are over stepping their bounds.

Concerns have also been raised in other cases about whether the Trump administration is complying with court rulings blocking parts of its agenda. The Trump administration on Sunday said it has deported hundreds of Venezuelans to El Salvador under seldom-used wartime powers, despite a federal judge's order temporarily barring such deportations.

So as far as this person goes, she was never technically allowed back in the country.

While this may be a technicality, that is what the law is.

The border person wouldn't let her in.

Now you and I can argue the merits of this, but i think we both would agree that we wouldn't want this person in the country.

If she was in the country and they were supporting her, that is one thing. But they wouldn't allow her back in country.

I undresses she was them down back. But does a judge have the right to force border people to let her in? I've heard they have broad power. Now if they want to argue her rights about not being allowed in, that could be argued before she got here.

As far as the gang members, I believe they were already outside of American airspace and in another country's airspace. I'm not sure how far a low federal judges power reaches.

You must also understand that all of these nationwide freezes are problematic. They can argue after the fact.

Now what do you propose to curb the illegal national freezes that these lower level judges put in place even when they know they are going to be overturned on appeal?

I'm curious.

I'm fine with not ignoring judges timings, but some of these are ridiculous. And everyone knows they are going to be overturned.

The ban on birthright citizenship thing i understand.

But most of these others are ridiculous.

So what do you think?

And is this in fact different when the terrorist doctor wasn't allowed into the country and when the plane is outside of united states airspace, does the judge lose authority? If not when? These are important questions.

Yes it absolutely is what I want. It's been completely fricking retarded ever since the first guy thought it was true to think that individual Lower Court judges have fricking veto power over the executive and the Congress. No rational person actually thinks that's a way to run the country not to mention it's stupid on its face and bears no resemblance to the Constitution. Giving individual Lower Court judges that kind of power actually makes them more powerful on their own than any individual judge in any Appellate Court to include the Supreme Court. Nobody fricking thinks that makes sense. Nobody! It's fricking stupid and it needs to go away

False

Believing the Supreme Court has final say on constitutionality does not and never should have extended to every swinging fricking dick who calls himself a federal judge. It's fricking asinine and you know it

I'm happy to say that under no realistic circumstances should we ever believe that individual Lower Court judges have the ability to veto executive or congressional power. It's fricking stupid and everybody knows it whether it happens to work out for their side or not

Did you sleep through the last four years.

Biden ignored the Supreme Court and said that he was going to appeal their ruling.

You sure as shite were quiet then.

Yes, I'm OK with democrats having the power to deport non-citizen terrorist associates. The problem is that you democrats want to bring them here instead.
