What happens if the US Collapses?

If the US collapses under the weight of its inability to budget, control borders, and reign in entitlements. How do you think the country would be split and where would you want to be?

Eventually whomever emerged as stabilizing first, like China perhaps (the US collapse would be catastrophic for them), would launch war around the world and lead to new empires.
