It's kinda like being an Ohio State fan.
We should win based on projections, but Ryan Day is 2-7 in top 5 matchups.

In honor of Coach Walz I will use a football metaphor:
We received the opening kickoff and scored, got a 3 and out, and scored again. Now they are coming back and tied it up after a couple turnovers (fraud). We need to run a nice pick-6 play, made famous by AOC, to take the lead into halftime (election day). If we come out of half swinging (solid turnout on the East Coast) the momentum will shift back to the favorites, and this board will be positive again.

Of course there is. We're doing it.
Haven't you noticed anything different about this election?

I'm optimistic. If they cheat, they will be caught. SCOTUS is on notice. No no standing shite anymore.
Posted on 10/30/24 at 4:23 pm to dallastiger55
This is the same doomer shite by the same people that has been going on for months if not years.

Not before we bump every single one of their estrogen filled posts.

It's this.
They're so committed they've decided to demoralize the board to try to get people back into their cult.
They don't know what they're going to do with themselves if Trump wins and there isn't some huge DEM uprising in response. All of their predictions will make them look like some Silly Billies.

Can you imagine the conspiracies built on conspiracies they will come up with if that occurs?

I think the enthusiasm is very real on the Trump side and the ambivalence on the Harris is just as real.

I can imagine, but I won’t have to see them as they sit in time out

The OP iso s of the biggest concern trolls on this board.

Polymarket
Polymarket has Trump's odds at 66%. Only time it was higher was back on July 15th when he hit 77%. This was after his first and only debate with Biden at the end of June.
Trump started separating from Harris back in early October and has continued to increase the gap.

The optimism has always been misplaced. Too many on this board actually trust their fellow citizens to see through a 90% fog of leftist media and entertainment along with schooling that pumps leftist narratives to them for 16 years. Note that studies show that about 56% of our fellow citizens don't have $1000 saved in case of an emergency. Even fewer for say, a $3000 issue. With judgement and planning that poor, why would anyone trust them to choose a president? 2016 was an example of the blind squirrel finding the nut.

We saw what happened in 2020. People are concerned, and rightly so, that it could happen again.

This election is an emotional rollercoaster for us Conservatives.
We know they stole 2020!

im a pessimist so i come here for you guys to cheer me up and show me stats that show Trump looking good.
I'm a pessimist too, but I come for the opposite reason. I am also a realist, so it's easy to point out that the positivity is artificially inflated.
I come to remind people that 2020 happened, and that I've seen little that leads me to believe the election won't be stolen again in 2024.
I have expected fraud and Harris to be declared the winner* by our fraudulent system since she was undemocratically selected as the DNXi nominee. Before that, I thought for sure that Gavin would be the eventual nominee, but I was wrong.
...and I'll be happy if I wrong about this too, but I don't see it. Much as I'd love for Trump to be legitimately declared the winner and forestall our inevitable collapse for another few years, I just don't see the Establishment allowing it to happen. Trump is actually poised to raze them to the ground this time around, and they will do literally anything and everything to prevent it, even if it means killing him or starting a war. It's now or never for the Uniparty.

This board goes all over the place. One day it’s crushing optimism the next it’s concern trolls and then omg it’s pointless
