Do they just roll their eyes and tune out when she speaks? Or is there actual intellectual discussion on these topics.

of course

They know (except Sotomayor) that she's a moron.

No way for me to know. Would be fun to be a fly on the wall when the subject comes up in the Thomas or Alito household, though.

If KBJ was alone in chambers and that fly landed on her wall, the collective room IQ would double.

It's fairly obvious how loathsome they consider her, given some of their opinions that they have written, in their dissentions, etc.

What happens when we determine the majority of the SCOTUS is compromised in some form or fashion?

All of them, even the “Wise Latina”, know she is the least qualified & knowledgeable SCJ in the history of the Court & that she is a straight up DEI nightmare as she was only chosen because she was a Black Female by the Biden Administration. The insiders in DC say they all hate her & are completely embarrassed by her.

I apologize.

I didn't mean to insult the poor fly.

Only chosen because she was a black female pretty much sums it up. Same imbecile that picked VP running mate for same reason. He admitted it. Violated labor laws with this reckless behavior called DEI.

They'll never come out publicly about it, but you know they think she's a moron. You can tell how they feel in their majority rulings and reading her dissent.

I've thought about this for more time than I care - but will sum it up this way...

If I were in her place, and I genuinely felt there was no way to 'level up', I would respectfully resign my appointment on the Supreme Court, even if it required a 'saving face' excuse.

The fact this will never be considered, speaks volumes to me.

Problem is, dumbasses like her double down on bullshite to try and make their bullshite palatable. Once you give an inch you are fricked. It is called “going black” on somebody.
A black woman taught me that, fwiw.

Verboten. Because..... reasons.

I know exactly what every one of them thinks about her though. Unqualified, unintelligent, the ultimate DEI appointment.

This is t even the case I was thinking of but here is an example I googled up:

July 2025 (Trump v. CASA): Justice Barrett, joined by other conservatives, rebuked Jackson’s solo dissent regarding national injunctions, stating it was "at odds with... the Constitution itself" and that it "decries an imperial Executive while embracing an imperial Judiciary".

They think she is dumb as a box of rocks. "No one has said so many words and has said so little as Kentanji Brown."

If she's ever on the majority side of an argument I hope they let her write the majority opinion. It'd be hilarious for legal scholars to review several decades down the road as they tried to come to grips with her reasoning.
