No one can even comment on how the business records were falsified.
That's the real key none of talking heads wants to talk about.
No matter what it was for, an attorney submitted an invoice, it was paid, and it was marked as "legal expenses" in the formal accounting software.
Bragg wants to claim that's false because it was really a payment to Stormy. That conflates two issues: (1) the actual payment vs. (2) the purpose for the actual payment.
There is nothing false about paying a lawyer (even in reimbursement) and booking that payment as "legal expenses"

It's right there in the charging document, the only person hiding it from you is you.
you're such a hack

From a bookkeeping entry made AFTER he won the election?

What does "unduly influencing" even mean?
Apparently trying to win the election.

You may be the first person I’ve ever seen use the correct quote. “Let” is the key word always removed from that quote.
I believe the full quote is something like… I love beautiful (women)…when you’re rich and famous women will literally let you grab them by the pussy.

Which is a legitimate crime?
Option #1 = Using over $1 million of campaign funds to covertly pay a law firm so that they can use these funds to hire an opposition research firm that then paid a source for unverified, salacious, and ultimately false allegations on their opposition.
Option #2 = Providing "hush money" to a porn star.
The Federal Elections Committee fined both the DNC and the Clinton Campaign for this misuse of funds.
The FEC closed it's inquiry after failing to find that Trump or his campaign “knowingly and willfully” violated campaign finance law when his former attorney Michael Cohen paid $130,000 to porn star Stormy Daniels to keep her from disclosing an alleged affair.
So the FEC didn't see the hush money as a violation and the Federal Government declined to prosecute what Bragg is currently prosecuting.

They’re saying he used campaign funds to pay off Stormy. This is the last hurrah for the democrats. They have accused him of a lot of shite but nothing has stuck so this is the last chance. They will loose this one also. Imagine Pedo Joe being changed with paying a hooker the enormous amount of 130,000. I can see him paying 130,000 to sniff some little girls hair but not for a hooker

I will await charges against Biden for suppressing the Hunter Biden laptop story in order to influence the outcome of the election.

Wouldn't surprise me given the level of representation he's been reduced to.

Obama paid a fine for campaign finance violations. Unduly influencing the outcome of an election? You mean like paying Russian spies to make up dirt on your opponent?

The fact that they can't name the crime should tell all rational people what is going on. Yuri Orlov faced a less biased court than Trump, when they sent Yuri to the gulags.

This is similar to throwing Trump off the ballot in Colorado. They believed he was guilty of insurrection so it was obvious he could be removed No charges or convictions for Insurrection but they just knew he was guilty
The fact that he beat the true, anointed president Hillary, is all the proof they need. He is vile and it was her turn. He must have corrupted the election to win.
Without a corrupt judge and prosecutor this would not have advanced without an indictment and conviction for this second crime. This is about displaying how slimy they think Trump is. What they don’t get is how many people feel Hillary and Pedo Joe are worse. Let’s Go Brandon!!!!!!!

cite the crime - not the bullshite narrative.
If 'unduly influencing the outcome of an election" were a "crime" then the entire 'journalism' corps of MSNBC and CNN, et al would be under the jail, and Hillary Clinton, Biden, Obama, et al would be in solitary confinement in Guantanamo.

Using your standards for illegally influencing elections let's go a little deeper.
Should the 51 former Intel officials and the Gaslight Media news hacks who conspired to bury the Hunter Biden Laptop From Hell story be held criminally liable for influencing the 2020 Rigged GE?
