We'll have much bigger problems than that if a Dim EVER makes the WH again.
That must never happen until the Dims are continually knocked around in GE so badly that they re-invent themselves as normal. Figure 20 years minimum tho.

They will hire them back with retroactive pay and expand the federal workforce.

The courts have made it clear that any POTUS can, with the wave of a pen, hire as many federal workers as they want and import as many foreigners as they want. However its a legal dogfight to, at any point afterwards, to fire those same workers or deport those same foreigners.

This ^. If the American actual legal voters ever vote in a dem president we are done. The US will cease to exist. It is that simple. God help us all if that happens. The only hope is that they do not have a candidate that is electable….with legit elections.

It’s over - when Dems get power they are going to use Trump as an excuse to lock in power forever

They have already done that in some cases and I expect most of the probationary folks with Fedgov unions that have current lawsuits will win their cases on being fired without cause (some have already been certified class status). It'll be ten years from now, but once the dust settles, Fedgov going to be on the hook for lost compensation

They botched the firings real bad (although I agree on most of the people/positions they went after hard)

You are being to generous to the thought of how this will work out. It all will be decided by the scotus. At this point it is 50/50 because of a couple that are not going by the laws/constitution. If that changes you may be correct. We will see. I am a few years from retirement. My retirement location will weigh heavily on how this works out. Hopefully on a beach under the control of a legit administration or either on a beach that is friendly to my kind and money.

Trust the plan. The 47th presidency will be remembered as incredibly successful in setting up America for the future. It’s definitely not going to be completely undone in two years and set back the GOP and nationalist movement 50 years.

If those people took buyouts they would have to repay the buyout. That will eliminate many from wanting to return.

Why? They still wouldn’t pass any legislation. Talk about a useless group.

The problem with the deficit isn’t the federal employees, it’s the foreign aide, social program fraud and ridiculously high MIC/DOD costs…

NOPE

Big 3
GUNS = military (cost outside USA)
BUTTER = social (cost inside USA, mainly Social Security, Medicaid, and Medicare)
INTEREST = carrying cost on debt (trillion dollar range per year)

The problem is BOTH sides spend like drunken sailors then blame the other side and the voters keep voting a side.

Think of your household and if a bank would let you run up debt on your mortgage then blame it on your neighbor.

The REAL swamp in DC are the CLIFF DWELLERS and the BELTWAY BOYS who take the biggest chunk of your taxes and are NEVER elected or see the light of day to the average voter. Media from BOTH sides see to that.

more concerned they’re going to fire the few conservatives that are left. They’ve already said they’re going to throw all the ICE agents in jail.

Trump can only set back the movement 50 years if melodramatic, emotional pussies pretending to be conservatives stop voting.

You guys wouldn't sit at home because Trump didn't give you what you wanted, right? You wouldn't help democrats by constantly bitching about this administration no matter how insignificant it is, right?

You wouldn't completely give up trying to change the country for the better just because the first step wasn't as successful as you wanted, right? Nah, you guys wouldn't do that no matter how many times you say you will. You're just venting. You're not actually a pathetic man who will let democrats take over because your boa feathers are ruffled.

I have faith you conservatives will realize that you don't have to be whiny little girls all the time and will actually do the right thing because this country matters more than your feelings.
