I'd like to be nice about it, and think it's a small minority that are out of their fu&%ing minds, but I just don't know.

12.8% of the population is being treated with kid gloves because of "muh racism" from 160 years ago.

Is it? Or, are you just uncomfortable with a reality that is really bad.

Does that mean the vast majority of blacks would also be ok if that was your son or family member who was stabbed in the heart?

Without a doubt

If I could go back and tell the founders one thing it would be that when writing the constitution you need to ban slavery and send all the African slaves back to Africa. It will save your descendants so many problems.

People should actually do the exact opposite, within reason. I’m not saying to march into the ghetto looking to befriend dangerous people. Befriend people who work in the same building and neighbors, etc.

The only way for the machine to successfully spread lies to either group is to do it to people who have minimal interactions with honorable, upstanding individuals in the other group.

It’s a valid question.

I will suggest that for political and ratings purposes the only voices being amplified on the subject are the ignorant racist ones.

I’ll also point out that we live in an era of USAID, Soros/Open Society and intentional color revolutions. There are elements directly funding and attempting to provoke race based violence and unrest just as we saw during George Floyd.

I’m 100% in favor of stronger sentences and reduced tolerance for violence and crime, but I don’t think characterizing a majority of blacks as being fine with that violence against whites as being accurate.

I do believe that a majority of inner city blacks have been surrounded by crime their entire lives and are largely indifferent to crime regardless of race and as a result will not support the types of solutions required to fix the issues we all see.

He got convicted as he should have, but his sentence is way too light. That black privilege again.

To answer the OP , there is probably less than 15% of the black population, maybe less than 10%, that straight out say he was guilty as sin and got what he deserved (or got off too light). Even the ones that know he committed a crime will interject “buts.” But Trayvon, but Rittenhouse, but he shouldn’t have pushed him…”

I mean they all thought OJ was a murderer too. It didn't matter.

Yes, BUT! You actually have no way of determining “honorable, upstanding individuals”. Your co-worker, friend, neighbor, could seem to be reasonable, etc., but in actuality they support Kamelo. Race relations are getting worst, not better. You can risk you and your families’ lives, but I won’t. If Austin would have not engaged with Kamelo, he'd be alive today.

Yeah.

Had a black guy threaten to stab me because he cut in line and all I said was we were all here first while pointing to the line of people behind me.

You can't really reason with these people.

Even when you think you know a nice one. I had an old black lady two doors down. My landlord was selling his house so I was moving out. She came to say goodbye, but her goodbye was more of, they raising taxes to push black folk out. And I'm like, I'm the one moving. The white guy. I bet she still lives there.

They think things everyone experiences is only done to them because of race.

I had something similar happen to me in Chicago years ago while I was in line at a Dunkin Donuts. He just threatened to "light my arse up", so I beat the fu%$ out of him.

...and by no means am I a bad arse or claiming to be. ...but I didn't start jawing with him, I just hit him first and then kept plowing him.

Like everything else with blacks, a loud minority speaks for most of the silent majority. Very, very, very few prominent black people have spoken out against the abhorrent behavior by Karmelo's family and his supporters.

I'd guess >90% of black people were rooting for him to be found not guilty. They want it to be very difficult to convict a black person for murdering a white person.

Don't fool yourself into thinking you have black friends, either. 95% of them would turn on you in a heartbeat if they were around other blacks. I feel really bad for people like LordSaintly on this board who seems to be disgusted with the ghetto behavior and isn't like this but also knows that the stereotype exists for a reason.

This.

The media needs division.

But I also despise the ignorant who are taken in by the bs narratives.

As I've always maintained, it's not the color of your skin that leads you down the wrong path, it's the "culcha".

There are plenty of blacks who do not buy into the "culcha".

I've never been a racist myself but I have always been and will always be a culture bigot.

The culture of good is the culture of God, not inclusive only to whites but it's available to all who seek it.

Man, I wish I could read more stories with this outcome. Unfortunately, I have seen what happens to people like Daniel Perry and Derek Chauvin.
