99.9% of people can exercise.

Especially with these drugs. That’s kind of the point.

You can also eat less without drugs. Not that hard

I believe what you meant was "won't" exercise, instead of "cannot" exercise.

You can beat your chest about it being cheating but it’s going to save us billions in long run medical costs so let people cheat away.
It has been my experience that the easy way is never the BEST way.

If MAHA was serious about making Americans healthier, they would be eliminating high fructose corn syrup.

It's not hard for me. And it's probably not hard for you. But it's naive to think it's not hard for everyone.

We are an obese nation. Desperate times call for desperate measures.

Some dude weighing 300+ pounds isn't going to just eat less. And he's a drain on the healthcare system, and the economy as a whole. If a shot or pill can help, I'm all for it.

Who isn’t on a fixed budget? Are you people just bringing home whatever you want each month?

I'd rather pay for one weight prescription than half a dozen for blood pressure, depression, sleep, insulin, hypertension, cholesterol..

Sure, but most people were doing nothing whatsoever.

Maybe so. In 5 years and all the damage caused by the easy way comes to light, nothing may turn out to have been a better path.

Nothing says a healthy society better than slashing costs to cheat to cut weight instead of exercise.

If you think you can actually lose any significant amount of weight by exercising you must be younger than 30 or have never had to lose more than 5 lbs at a time.

Over a certain age exercise is maybe 15% of weight loss. That's being generous. It's probably more like 10%.

Not saying people shouldn't do it...it's beneficial in a dozen other ways. But weight loss ain't one of them.

They "can't exercise" because they got overweight in the first place. That's not an excuse.

Oh, also, a post like this in response to a woman paying for this medication out of her own pocket and successfully losing a significant amount of weight—enough to move the needle out of the red on health markers, thus lowering health insurance costs for everyone—is proof positive that in this day and time, people will fricking bitch and complain about A-N-Y-T-H-I-N-G.

That's really the reflection of society you were looking for, I think.

If you had a competent brain you'd know that MAHA is not about eliminating anything, but rather give everyone all of the information about what they are putting into their bodies and letting them make a decision for themselves.
