It tends to happen with one demographic every time. Law abiding or not. Don't like it being said idc, but it's reality. Blacks do have control of it, but they won't keep their kind accountable. We saw that last summer over the death of a POS druggie thug. So yes blacks can be blamed for it, especially if whites can be blamed for shite that happened 100s of yrs ago.

It's not just in Buckhead. White flight has occured everywhere for a long time for a reason. As once the good blacks move in, then the bad blacks start following and sniffing around because they are related.

Stop pandering and understand how things work, and it's not always "racist". Ie...a bar got in trouble in Dallas for having a rule against letting people in that dressed a certain way, because it was "racist". No...they just wanted to protect their business.
Once the blacks start coming in like locust then it's only down hill and the clean up is a bitch.
Blacks need to hold themselves accountable. Until then...yes they are all to blame.
