You need to learn how to read. The first time he claimed it was in 1992, well before any kinetic action began. He's repeated the same claims, changing the timeline to suit his interests, over and over, regardless of Stuxnet, or other sabotage efforts.
In other words, Netanyahu's rhetoric about Iran's capabilities have been divorced from reality for a long time, and he certainly didn't seem to think that those sabotage efforts were worth very much if we go by his own words and the timeline of sabotage efforts.

It would take some nations choosing to get along, though. Russia, Romania, Austria, Hungary, some of the Nordic countries...
They'd have to put their differences aside and work together. The entire continent would be better for it.

Spain did some heavy lifting back in the day to stop the spread of Islam and made sure to keep it out of mesoamerica. Now 11% of births are to a Muslim parents in Spain. They currently only make up 5% of the population of Spain. That's going to keep growing.

The Muslims weren’t as apparent in Paris and they were in London. London might as well be fricking Pakistan at this point. Paris has a chance.
