Parental rights are clearly a state’s right to regulate. An executive order otherwise would get struck down in a nanosecond.

Stop incentivizing and paying women to be single moms.

Make all custody shared unless one is proven unfit.

Only those who are opposed to abortion have the moral authority to say a father of a child out of wedlock should be responsible for the financial support of that child. Those who say "my body, my choice" must live with the consequences of their "choice" since they don't believe a man should have any say in the matter. Therefore the entirety of financial support should by the responsibility of the woman who "chose."

For the record, I believe in abortion in only one instance - if the life the the mother is imminently threatened by that pregnancy. Apart from that singular instance I am 100% opposed to it. However, it should logically follow among the leftists that if the choice lies entirely with the female/mother in regard to aborting or keeping the child, then the responsibility is also 100% hers to bear.

Is she a good mom if she selected a piece of shite father?

Women who have children with bums are just as much at fault as the bums themselves.

Your single mom story is BS.

Don't we already have a law on the books for that?

Rarely. It's more likely willful ignorance more than some hidden behaviors that don't surface until later.

If a woman has the right to kill it, then the father has a right to abandon it..

First, this isn't a Federal issue.

Second, even if it were, Trump has both houses of Congress. I'd like to see an actual legislative agenda rather than just ruling by executive order.

There’s already too much financial incentive to have out or wedlock pregnancies and divorces for women.

How about equal reproductive rights for men? If she can opt out of a pregnancy she doesn’t want, he can opt out of the financial obligation of a pregnancy he doesn’t want. If you want to curb unwanted pregnancies, this would make more sense.

Nah not BS.

I know him too. Knew him before her.

He can fool you for a period of time. Took two years to see through him in the way I knew him.

Roughly the same for her.

But once he ran out of real estate, his true colors shined through.

I will say though, she like many women, put up with some stuff that I think is unacceptable. If you ask her why, is was to help him. He needed her. Classic manipulation of a good heart.

Welfare is social engineering. Why should you or I pay to raise a child while the father doesn't?

One thing… if the mother claims the child on taxes every year, she should have to claim the child support as income and the father use it as a deduction.

Well I’d like to think they spend some time thinking about what got them in that position. I’m sure they won’t though bc my stolen money is much easier on their ego.
